Services
Four services. One person accountable for all of them.
I take on a small number of clients so each one gets built properly. If what you need is not on this page, say so anyway. I will tell you straight whether I am the right person for it.
02 · Build + retainer
Website creation & management
For businesses whose site was built once, years ago, and has been quietly going stale ever since.
Most small business websites are abandoned the day they launch. Whoever built it moved on, nobody left is comfortable touching it, and so the hours stay wrong and the new service never gets added. I build yours, then I keep it current. That second part is the part everyone else skips.
- Built around what your customers came to do, not what looks impressive
- Built for a phone first, because that is where your customers already are
- On a platform you can afford to keep and are allowed to leave
- Updates handled by me. You send a text, it changes that week.
- Wired into the rest of your system, so the site feeds your follow-up instead of sitting on its own
Format
A build to start, then a monthly retainer to keep it current
Built on
Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, or Carrd. I pick the one that fits your budget and whoever ends up owning it, not the one I feel like using.
Good fit
A site that is years out of date, or no site at all
03 · Project or add-on
AI & automation
For the tasks you do by hand every week that a machine should be doing.
This is the part most small shops cannot do. I build custom workflows that connect the tools you already pay for, so follow-up happens on time, reporting builds itself, and the work continues when you are on a job site.
- Lead follow-up that answers in seconds, not the next morning
- SMS and email sequences triggered by what actually happened
- Reporting that assembles itself instead of eating your Friday
- Content pipelines that move drafts to approval to scheduled
- Documentation, so the system is yours and not a black box
Format
One-off project, or an add-on to a retainer
Built with
Zapier, Make, Twilio, SendGrid, Google Sheets, custom API work, and Claude agents
Good fit
Any business where the same manual task repeats every week and nobody enjoys it

Steady Reviews
For businesses that do good work and have the review count of a business that does not.
Your happiest customers are the ones least likely to think about leaving a review. Steady Reviews asks them, at the moment they are most likely to say yes, and makes it one tap.
If someone had a bad experience, they get a private channel to tell you first. That is service recovery: you find out about the problem, and you get the chance to fix it before it becomes a permanent public rating. Every customer is asked, and every customer is heard.
- Review request by text and email once a job is done
- One tap to your Google review page for happy customers
- A private line to you for anyone who had a problem
- A local area-code number, so the text does not look like spam
- Setup handled by me. You keep running your business.
Price
$99 per month
Built on
Node.js, Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email, and a Google Sheet you can open any time
Good fit
Solo operators and small crews under 50 Google reviews
Status
In beta with ITAVA Imagination Station
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem and I will tell you which of these fixes it, or whether none of them do. That answer is free and it is honest.

01 · Retainer
Social media management
For businesses posting nothing, or posting whatever comes to mind that morning.
Most small business social media fails because it depends on someone remembering. I replace that with a system: a documented brand spec, a month of content approved in advance, and a schedule that runs whether or not it is a busy week.
Format
Monthly retainer
You approve
The full month, before it runs
Good fit
Owner-operated businesses with no in-house marketing person, or one who is already underwater
