It Takes A Village · 2023

A childcare center most local parents had never seen online.

It Takes A Village fills classrooms the hard way, on reputation and word of mouth. Online, the parents searching for childcare nearby mostly scrolled right past them. The families were there. The presence was not.

What I did
Ran their social media on a documented brand spec: a steady posting rhythm, content made for local parents, and campaigns like the Door Decoration Contest that gave families a reason to share.
Result
Across 2023 their content drew 104K impressions and 13.97K interactions, and a single contest post reached 4,299 on its own.

Fresh Catch Fish Co · 2024

A local fish market that nobody could find online.

Fresh Catch had the product and the reputation. What it did not have was a reason for anyone searching online to land on its page, or anything worth landing on once they did.

What I did
Rebuilt how the business showed up online and put a consistent content system behind it, so the site had a reason to be visited and a reason to come back.

Website visits tripled inside three months.

Youth hockey program · Three-year engagement

A youth program growing by word of mouth alone.

Registration depended on parents telling other parents. That works until it stops, and there is no way to make it happen faster when a season needs filling.

What I did
Built an email program that stayed in front of families year round instead of only at registration, and treated the existing list as the asset it was.
Result
The program tripled over three years.
